Root Canal Treatment
Root canal therapy is one of the most frequently performed dental procedures, with over 14 million treatments completed annually. This straightforward and highly effective procedure can preserve your natural teeth and eliminate the need for more extensive dental work such as implants or bridges.

Root Canal Surgery
Endodontic surgery is used to address issues that may not be visible on X-rays but still cause discomfort or pain. This includes detecting hidden canals, treating root fractures, or repairing damage to surrounding bone. The most common surgical procedure is an apicoectomy (root-end resection), which can help save a tooth that might otherwise be lost.

Root Canal Retreatment
Sometimes, even after a tooth has had a root canal, it may not heal properly or may develop new problems. In these cases, a root canal retreatment is recommended.
During retreatment, the dentist or endodontist reopens the tooth to remove the old root canal filling. The canals are then carefully cleaned and disinfected again to eliminate bacteria or any hidden infection. After that, the canals are sealed with fresh filling material to protect the tooth.
