Payment Expectations

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior financial arrangements have been made. If you have questions about your account, please don't hesitate to contact us—often, a simple phone call can resolve any concerns quickly. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage.

Insurance and Billing

We are happy to file your insurance claims and help you maximize your benefits. Most insurance companies respond within 4 to 6 weeks. Please contact our office if your insurance payment is not reflected on your statement within that time.

We will send you a monthly statement for any outstanding balance. Any remaining balance after insurance has been paid is your responsibility, and we appreciate your prompt payment.

Payment Plans

We understand that dental care can be a significant investment. If you require a monthly payment plan, arrangements must be made before your procedure. Our team will be happy to discuss available options.
