Robin
- Dental Assistant
Robin has been an integral part of Illiana Endodontics since 1993, with a brief break to welcome her second child. Her warm personality and exceptional chairside assisting skills make her a favorite among both patients and colleagues.
Prior to joining our team, Robin worked as a periodontal surgical assistant, and her extensive experience continues to benefit our practice to this day. We are proud to have had her with us for so many years.
Mikki
- Lead Dental Assistant and Purchasing Coordinator
Mikki joined Illiana Endodontics in 1995 and currently serves as our lead assistant and manages all office purchasing. Her ability to put patients at ease and her outstanding clinical skills make her an invaluable member of our team. Mikki’s dedication, professionalism, and strong character have positively impacted our practice and patient care.
Karen
- Office Manager
Karen joined our team in 2021. She has worked in the dental field for over 20 years and truly enjoy helping patients feel comfortable and confident about their care.
Outside of work, she is happily married and a proud mom of three wonderful daughters who keep her busy with their school activities and softball games. Karen’s family also includes two fun-loving dogs who add plenty of energy to their home.
Raquel
- Front Desk Manager
Raquel is our newest friendly face at the front desk. She joined Illiana Endodontics in 2022. Raquel is dedicated to helping patients with every step of their dental visit from making patients feel comfortable, scheduling their appointments, to processing their insurance claim. She is bilingual in both Spanish and English and is happy to assist in translating.
